Coat Review

     I last mentioned this coat here. I am very please with my purchase. The coat has a thick lining so it's quite warm. This is not very conducive to DC weather right now but it will be great in a few months. I also like the length. It's short enough to look proportionate with jeans and boots, yet, long enough to wear with short dresses and skirts (with tights, of course). With this look, I balanced out the look of the heavy coat with tall, chunky boots. I tried this look with shorter booties but the proportions were just not working. I think the extra height and support does the trick. 

Dress Review

     I snagged this dress off of Ebay this summer and when it arrived it was WAY too big. I shortened it and now I am enjoying its transition into my fall wardrobe. I did some browsing and I found two similar dresses. One is available on ASOS  and is on sale for $41.90. I also found a lace dress from French Connection on sale for $129.99. Both dresses are adorable!
