About the look
I paired a relaxed, $5 tee with a fabulous sequined maxi skirt because I like the contrast of pairing something casual with a statement piece. I accessorized with a lariat necklace that I purchased from a great vintage place near U-Street, Treasury, and added a bright red clutch, lip and polish. Wearing a skirt can be a nice alternative to a dress on New Year's Eve! What are you wearing for the holiday?
