AboutHi Guys- since you all really liked my Pure Barre post, I wanted to share another fitness-themed post. Below are two exercises I enjoy doing a few times a week when my muscles are tight.
CalvesFor a lady who loves heels, I often find my calves can feel tight after wearing them for too many days in a row. Gently rolling out your calves is a great way to loosen up your muscles. It feels so good guys.
My personal trainer showed me this one. I have a job that requires me to sit down for most of the day so it’s really important to stretch out your hips. I also do a lot of squats, so this one helps keep my muscles from cramping. Many thanks to my friends at Cleavitz for supporting this post.
