About the Look:
Red is one of my favorite colors to wear. It really transcends seasons, and always adds a touch of personality. About the Look:
Hi Friends! I wanted to share with you these fun compression leggings by Peony. They are so comfortable for the gym. They hold everything in and breath well. I've also worn them with this top and these boots (on sale right now!!!) when it was below 75 the other day! The Peony line has that "athleisure" vibe that you can take from the gym to a quick dinner with the girls. 


Equipment Needed: 5 pound weights | 10 pound weights | Yoga Mat

About the Workout:
I posted a list of my workout last weekend on Snapchat and a few of you sent me messages about it, so I thought I'd share what I am currently doing on here. I workout 4-6 times a week for 30-60 minutes each workout. I go to a personal trainer once or twice a month. His name is Devlin Barnes with Washington Sports Clubs. He's awesome if you're looking to work with someone! This has been my routine for a few months.
  • Run to Gym + Circuit: If I can't make it to a class in time, I will do a variation of this workout either after work or on my lunch break. I will run about 15 minutes to my gym for a warm up, and then depending on how much time I have, do 2-3 sets of this circuit. Each set takes me about 15 minutes. If I only have 30 minutes, I will do this twice and increase the amount of reps. 
  • Cardio Cross Training Class: My preference is to take a class. The classes I take use a lot of these moves and are about an hour long. I usually make it to a class 2-3 times a week.
  • Run: If I can't get to a gym at all, I will run around the block for 3 Taylor Swift songs (about 10 minutes). My logic here is it's better to do something than nothing. Instead of having an "off day" I try and at least get my heart rate up for a few minutes.
